Delivery of the products
Orders placed on this website can be delivered to the seaport of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Bahrain. Please visit our country specific website if the delivery address of the order is not to be in any of these countries. We reserve the right to deliver the product by airfreight to the airport in the country of delivery, but that will be in exceptional circumstances and will be done in cases where it may be better to deliver the product(s) by airfreight. There will be no additional charge to you for delivery by airfreight if we decide to do so. However, the standard delivery will be by sea freight to the seaport of the country of delivery, and if delivery by Airfreight is desired by you till the Airport of the country of delivery then there will be an additional charge for this service. Please contact us if you wish to have your products delivered by Airfreight.
Our Delivery price is based on the total value of the purchase and is as follows:
Upto SAR 10,000: Delivery cost is SAR 2500
SAR 10,001 to SAR 15,000: Delivery cost is SAR 3000
SAR 15,001 to SAR 20,000: Delivery cost is SAR 4000
SAR 20,001 to SAR 30,000: Delivery cost is SAR 5500
SAR 30,001 to SAR 40,000: Delivery cost is SAR 6500
SAR 40,001 to SAR 50,000: Delivery cost is SAR 8000
Over SAR 50000: Free delivery
We will only deliver to the port (seaport/airport) and custom clearance will need to be done by you or your authorised agent. The custom duty and all other local taxes charged will also need to be paid by you.
We can also deliver internationally but will need to quote a delivery price based on the product selected and delivery destination. Please contact us if you would like to order for delivery to an address that is not covered by any of our multicountry/multicurrency websites.
We would advise you to retain the original packing materials as you will need to pack the products with it in case you decide to return the standard products that are covered by our returns policy.
We will advise you on the product page for the estimated time of delivery of the products. If due to unforeseen circumstances the delivery gets delayed, then we will contact you to update you on the new approximate expected delivery date.
Whist we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our site, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by any late delivery or failure to deliver within the estimated timescales. We may send your order in multiple shipments and/or from multiple warehouse(s) based in different countries if your order contains more than one product; or if stock of all products is not available with us; or if your order has a non-standard, customised, made-to-order or special-order product. However, you will be not be charged any additional delivery charge if this was to occur. Risk of loss and damage of the products will pass on to you on the date when the products are delivered to the seaport/airport of the country of your delivery.
Here are some of our frequently asked questions.
1) What happens when my order has been shipped?
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details for all courier deliveries. For larger deliveries, we will contact you directly to arrange a suitable day and time. You’ll be notified shortly before dispatch for all international freight orders travelling by air and/or sea.
2) If my order has multiple items, do you deliver items separately?
Yes. If you have ordered multiple items, we will send these out to you as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. We will always notify you by email of the same.
3) How are custom-made orders shipped and how long will they take to arrive?
Normally all custom-made orders have their own manufacturing lead-times mentioned on the product description box beside each product. They are anywhere between 3 weeks to 6 weeks or in some cases longer depending on the product selected. Sometimes they can arrive quicker than the time mentioned and in this case we will notify you when the order is ready to be dispatched to you.
4) How long will In-stock items take to be dispatched?
All in-stock items will be dispatched in 2-5 working days depending on the warehouse in which they are stocked in. If the items are stocked in our UK warehouse, its between 1-2 days and if the items are in stock in our EU warehouse, the dispatch to you could take up to 3-5 working days.
5). How much will the duties and taxes be for my delivery?
Please ensure you check this information with your local customs and tax office. You as the customer are solely responsible for paying these charges.
